FEAR OF FAILURE

Fear of failure is the fear of not meeting certain expectations of yourself or others, or of falling short. It can be very frustrating if you want to perform well during a driving lesson, but you are unsure if you will be able to succeed.

Thoughts like “I’m going to blank out” or “I’m not going to make it” can go through your head. Usually, anxiety causes you to perform worse. You may exhibit all sorts of negative effects such as sweating, trembling, procrastinating, acting strange, becoming aggressive, having strange thoughts, worrying, insomnia, palpitations, and so on. These things can lead to poorer results.

To overcome fear of failure, it is necessary to build self-confidence during the driving lesson so that changes can take place.

Because Driving School Superway considers this topic important, we are certified and up-to-date with our continuing education on this subject.
